SOUND BATH
A Sound Bath is a meditative experience where you lie down and listen to the sounds produced by various healing instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes, bells and rain sticks.

The vibrations produced help reset the nervous system, helping you release stress, feel relaxed, calm and restored. Through this experience we are open to healing and intuitive learning.
REIKI
Rei means "Gods wisdom or high power"
Ki means "Life force energy"

Reiki is a Japanese technique used to help reduce stress, promote relaxation and help activate the body's ability to self-heal.
It's administered by placing the hands in specific points of the body to transfer the life force energy.
Qi Coil Therapy
