Cacao, known as the “heart-opening medicine,” helps you deepen self-awareness, amplify gratitude, and embrace a mindset of forgiveness and self-love. Paired with a transformative Sound Bath, this ceremony is your opportunity to release what no longer serves you and create space for new possibilities under the energy of the Full Moon. What to bring: We have a yoga mat, blanket and pillow ready for you, but you are welcome to bring your own.   You can also bring: -Eye Cover -Water -Crystals, journal or anything else that will help you feel comfortable (optional)
