My mission is to help you reconnect with your innate capacity for healing by creating spaces, experiences, and tools that support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and embodied well-being.
Through my Frequency Reclamation method we use sound therapy, breathwork, energetic practices, and frequency-based tools, I guide you back to yourself, helping you move from survival mode into greater presence, clarity, resilience, and self-trust.
I believe healing isn't something we achieve by doing more. It happens when we create the safety, support, and capacity to listen to the wisdom already within us.
Through EMBODI, immersive retreats, sound experiences, and frequency tools like the AO Scan, my vision is to make nervous system support and embodied healing accessible in everyday life.
I dream of creating a wellness center dedicated to sound, frequency, and vibrational therapies a place where science, spirituality, and embodied practices come together to support the whole person.
